Their partnership with hotel operators, especially with Marriott, has been distinctive and longstanding, spanning over 40 years. This robust relationship is underscored by the fact that the owning companies have exclusive rights across the country to all 30 existing brands under the Marriott umbrella, as well as any future brands that Marriott may develop or acquire.
